At Mastercraft, we work with our customers - many of them Fortune 500 companies - through Electronic Data Transfer (EDT) technology to achieve concurrent engineering, a process that allows our customers to compress the time frame to complete a mold and minimize the need for engineering changes after mold completion.

For precision accuracy we offer capabilities of CNC machining using Mazak and Fadal machining centers, Mazak turning center and Charmilles Wire EDM.

Mastercraft’s expertise includes prototype and multi-cavity production molds, utilizing S-7, H-13, D-2 type tool steels as well as P-20 and 420 stainless steel, Ovar Supreme, and NAK-55 tool steels.
